This was our first time selling our condo and we were unsure of what to do and we found it very overwhelming. One call to you cleared up all our confusion and made us much more confident. As you remember, befroe I called you I did list my condo on a private sale website but let me tell you NEVER AGAIN will I do that.  Within 48 hours of my call you had come to our condo, made a presentation and had our condo up on MLS. I even remember on more than one occasion you worked around our schedule and met us at our condo as late as 10pm.  This was a great help as we were both working shift work and the only time we were both available was later in the evening.
